Do not upload health, legal, financial, or other highly confidential information. You are solely responsible for all content you upload and for any risks arising from its use, storage, or sharing. Iterize disclaims all responsibility and liability for uploaded content and does not store or collect user content except as necessary to operate and improve the service.

Iterize is intended for materials appropriate for collaboration or later publication (e.g., blog drafts, essays, articles, research notes, structured data, configuration files, public code, tutorial content, private project plans, unpublished code, and draft papers) and is not recommended for more sensitive materials (e.g., contracts, confidential business strategy files, exam papers, health data, government identification, or passwords). Users agree to abide by the laws of their jurisdiction and must not use this service for illegal activity.

By using the site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iterize and its affiliates from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, or any data-security incident involving content you upload, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe; Iterize does not handle or store your card numbers or other payment instrument details.

1) Overview

These Terms govern your use of Iterize (“Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be capable of forming a binding contract and must comply with applicable laws.
You are responsible for your account credentials, data, and all activity under your account.

3) Acceptable Use

No illegal activity, malware, harassment, doxxing, infringement, or misuse of others’ data.
No highly sensitive data: health, financial, legal, identity documents, passwords, exam content, or trade secrets.
No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or disrupt the Service.

4) Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. Iterize does not have access to your data.
You grant Iterize a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you (including generating temporary read-only links you initiate).
You are solely responsible for your content and for securing any required permissions.

5) Snapshots & Deletion

Read-only links are intended to be private and unindexed, but may be accessible by anyone with the URL.
Deleting a source file removes associated share links from the Service. Links already copied externally may persist outside our control.

6) Billing

Top-ups and charges are shown in-app. Payments are processed by Stripe; Iterize does not store card numbers. See Stripe’s terms.
Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable. For issues, contact us via the email form.
We may change prices/fees prospectively; any changes appear in-app before you are charged.

7) Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

8) Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9) Disclaimers

No warranties, express or implied. Content is not encrypted at rest; do not upload sensitive or regulated data.
We do not review or verify your content.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iterize and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Iterize in the 12 months before the claim or (b) AUD $100.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iterize and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or suspected abuse. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations, IP terms) will survive termination.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to that exclusive jurisdiction.

1) Who we are

Iterize (“we”, “us”) provides tools to upload, edit and share non-sensitive files via temporary read-only links.

2) What we collect

Account info: email, username, password hash, basic billing balance and currency.
Content you upload: files and derived snapshots you explicitly create.
Usage & logs: storage usage, rate-limit signals, simple analytics we generate (e.g., feature use, errors); server logs may include IP address, timestamps, and user agent.
Payments: processed by Stripe. We receive limited metadata (amount, currency, status). We do not store card numbers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Support messages: information you send to us (e.g., email address, message content).

3) How we use data

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including storage, link generation, and billing).
Secure the Service (rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging).
Communicate with you (account notices, support responses).
Comply with legal obligations.

4) What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your uploaded content for advertising.
We do not access your data.

5) Sharing

Processors: payment processor (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure providers, and essential vendors who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

6) Data location & transfers

We may process and store data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data; however, no method is 100% secure.
Important: Uploaded content is not encrypted at rest. Do not upload sensitive or regulated data.

8) Data retention

Account data persists while your account is active.
Files and snapshot links exist until you delete them (links are removed when the source file is deleted).
Server logs and billing records are retained for a period we deem reasonably necessary for security, operations, and compliance.

9) Your choices

You may access, edit, or delete your files from within the app.
You may request deletion of your account by emailing us. We will delete your account unless retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

10) Cookies

We use essential cookies (e.g., session cookies) necessary to operate the Service. If additional cookies are introduced, we will update this policy.

11) Minors

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

12) Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
